Nikki Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nikki started their career at Sophos as a Graduate Accountant in 2010. Nikki then joined Achilles Information Limited in 2010, where they held various roles including HR Assistant, HR and Organisational Development Advisor, Regional HR Manager (APAC), and finally Global HRIS Manager. Nikki worked on projects such as implementing SagePeople HCM across multiple countries and delivering training to staff. In 2018, Nikki joined NorthRow as an HR Manager, where they contributed to protecting businesses from financial crime through automating checks on people, companies, and ID documents. Currently, they are working as the Head of People and Culture at ITGL.
Nikki Bailey completed a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resources Management from Oxford Brookes University, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management and Spanish from the University of St Andrews, from 2005 to 2009.
