Tomasz Maciesza has a diverse range of work experience. Tomasz started their career as a Sales Department Assistant and Assistance Coordinator at Europ Assistance in 2004. From there, they worked at the German-Polish Chamber of Commerce in various roles, starting as a Junior Specialist for Event Management and then progressing to Junior Specialist, Specialist, and Senior Specialist for Membership Management. Tomasz also took on the role of IT Project Manager (In-House) during their time at the chamber. In 2016, they joined SARE as the Country Manager DACH, focusing on digital sales and marketing tools. After leaving SARE in 2018, they joined ITMAGINATION as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for international relations and team leasing activities. Currently, they serve as the Business Development Team Lead for International Markets at ITFS. Additionally, in 2017, they briefly worked at the German-Polish Chamber of Commerce as an IT Project Manager, leading the establishment of a marketplace for member companies. Throughout their career, Tomasz has gained experience in business development, project management, sales, and marketing within various industries such as technology, finance, and commerce.

Tomasz Maciesza completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Economics from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in the years 2001 to 2004. Tomasz further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master's Degree in International Relations from 2004 to 2006.
