Vesna Markovic is an accomplished independent consultant with extensive experience in project management, risk management, and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Projects at VMK Consulting since January 2017, Vesna is actively involved in the ITER project, focusing on the construction of a nuclear fusion reactor. Previous roles include significant positions in risk management and corporate transformation at Subsea 7 and co-founding United Synergy Engineering. With an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe and specialized education in risk management, Vesna brings a strong background in strategy, digital transformation, and turn-key project delivery across multiple regions, including Southeastern Europe, France, and the Middle East.
