Riccardo Pedica is an experienced Instrumentation and Control Engineer specializing in cryogenics systems, currently working at ITER Organization since March 2013 as a Work Package leader for the Control and Command System of the Magnet Cold Test Bench. Pedica has contributed to the functional analysis, process control, and software implementation of cryogenic systems. Previous roles include Control System Engineer at VITROCISET, where support was provided for the design of the ITER Interlock Control System, and Technical Programmer at Abbott, focusing on PLC and SCADA systems. Academically, Pedica holds a Master's Degree in Management & Automation Engineering from Università degli studi Roma TRE and a Specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a First Level Degree in Informatics Engineering. Additionally, training was completed in SIEMENS PLC systems and security at Vitrociset S.P.A.
