Szymon Stadnik is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in outsourcing, business process optimization, and financial management. Currently serving as CEO at ITELENCE since March 2022, Szymon specializes in enhancing client competitiveness through nearshoring and offshoring solutions. As Co-Owner and BPO Director of FRISTA since 2017, Szymon leads the Business Service Center in Warsaw, managing a diverse international team. Szymon's previous roles include Director of SSC and Finance Director for Eastern Europe at TALLY WEiJL, where responsibilities included developing a global shared service center and overseeing finance, legal, and administrative functions. Szymon began a career at KPMG as a Supervisor of audits and started in the industry as an Analyst at Unilever. Szymon holds a Master's degree in Economic Policy and Corporate Strategy from Poznan University of Economics and Business, is an ACCA Member, and is credentialed by The National Chamber of Statutory Auditors.
