Alvis Fernandes is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with a strong background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at ITD Cementation India Ltd since November 2015, Alvis has developed extensive expertise in HR and organizational development through previous roles, including Senior Executive at Petrofac and Human Resources Manager at NPCC Engineering Pvt. Limited. Alvis holds multiple degrees, including an MHRDM from N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Principal L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, and an Advance Diploma in UI Designing from Edit Institute.
