Shailender Kumar Singh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and business excellence, currently serving as General Manager for Production and General Manager for Business Excellence and Industry 4.0 at ITC Limited since February 2014. Prior to this, Shailender held various managerial roles at PwC India, where responsibilities included serving as Managing Consultant and Senior Manager in Business Consulting from April 2010 to January 2014. Experience also includes a position as Senior Consultant at ECS Private Limited and significant roles at Tata Steel, where Shailender was Executive Assistant to the Vice President and Manager of Steel Making. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Operations & Systems from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Metallurgy from BIT Sindri.
