Ali Muhammad Lakdawala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and commodity analysis, currently serving as the Head of Packaging Procurement in the Foods Division at ITC Limited since January 2011. In this role, Ali manages the procurement of soft commodities, including sugar, chemicals, and edible oils and fats, while overseeing their application across multiple product categories such as biscuits, snacks, noodles, and confectionery. Prior to this, Ali held positions as a Senior Commodity Research Analyst and Trader at AnandRathi Commodities Ltd and as a Commodity Research Analyst at UTI Commodities. Ali’s educational background includes a Master of Management Studies in Finance from the University of Mumbai, a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from HR College of Commerce & Economics, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from the CII Institute of Logistics.
