Andy Chalk is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in management and delivery across diverse international markets. Currently serving as the Global Director of Operations and General Manager for ITC Global since July 2018, Andy has previously held senior roles at SpeedCast and RigNet, where responsibilities included overseeing service implementation and regional operations in EMEA and Africa, respectively. Andy's earlier experience includes managing global customer services and field operations at Harris CapRock Communications, and directing service delivery for Fujitsu Services in Scotland. Additionally, Andy has a robust background in IT services management from roles at Schlumberger and ICI Paints New Zealand. Andy holds an MBA in Business Management and an MSc in Computer Science from The University of Auckland.
