Nirmala Caroline is a seasoned Software Quality Assurance professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Software Quality Assurance Lead at SanMar since June 2022, Nirmala has previously held roles at Upwork as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist from September 2019 to January 2022, and at Hewitt Associates LLC in a similar capacity from September 2010 to December 2011. Nirmala's career began as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at RedBlackTree, where employment lasted from October 2009 to September 2010.
