Guido Feld's work experience begins with their current role as a Senior Regional Compensation Consultant Analyst at Mercer, where they lead and participates in consultancy projects related to talent management, transformation, and compensation.

Prior to their current position, Guido worked as a Professor at ITBA Universidad, starting in 2019. Guido held various roles, including Chief of Practical Work Professors and Teaching Assistant Professor.

In addition to their work at ITBA Universidad, Guido also served as a Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina starting in 2021.

Guido's experience also includes working as a Teacher and Tutor in Advanced Certification in People Analytics at ITBA Escuela de Innovación since 2020.

Before their academic roles, Guido gained teaching experience as a Formator at the Museo del Holocausto de Buenos Aires from 2018 to 2021, where they collaborated on educational projects, conducted guided visits, and provided training to groups at various education levels.

In 2018, Guido worked as a Data Analyst for a project at Digital House Argentina, focusing on analyzing HR data related to absenteeism and providing recommendations based on the findings.

Prior to this, they held positions as an Training Analyst at IDEA ARG in 2016-2017 and as an Training Analyst at Itaú Unibanco in 2015.

Guido's work experience also includes a Human Resources Internship at Greenpeace in 2014, where they handled personnel administration and communication with vendors.

Guido'sprofessional journey began with a Human Resources Internship at the Government of the City of Buenos Aires in 2013, where they gained experience in recruitment, HR support, and administrative tasks.

Throughout their career, Guido has gained extensive experience in HR, teaching, consultancy, and analytics, with a focus on talent management, transformation, compensation, and data analysis.

In 2010 to 2014, Guido Feld attended UADE and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Recursos Humanos, with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.

From 2015 to 2017, Guido Feld pursued a Master's degree in Relaciones Internacionales at Universidad del CEMA.

In 2017, Guido Feld completed a Programa de Formación Gerencial en Gestión de Personas at IDEA arg, focusing on Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal.

In 2018, Guido Feld received a certification in Data Analytics from Digital House.

Also in 2018, Guido Feld enrolled in a Diplomatura en Desarrollo Organizacional at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, focusing on Desarrollo de recursos humanos.
