Tiziana Roma has over a decade of experience in customer service and coordination roles across various industries. Currently a Station Specialist at NTV - Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori since February 2012, Tiziana manages a team of hostesses and stewards to ensure exceptional traveler service, handling partnerships and supplier communications. Previously, Tiziana worked at G.Gallone S.P.A. as an Impegata Ufficio Commerciale Estero, managing foreign supplier relationships and correspondence for an Italian clothing firm. Tiziana's early career includes roles at Navy Federal Credit Union as a Teller Customer Service, where responsibilities included cash disbursement and member account administration, and at Family Dollar as a Cashier Sales Associate. Tiziana holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Istituto Universitario Orientale, completed in 2000.
