Paolo Emanuele Ferrari has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Paolo Emanuele worked as an Accountant at Metro Cash and Carry in 1998, where they were responsible for active billing. From 1999 to 2001, they were an apprentice accountant at ERCOLE TARAFFO S.a.s, specializing in mechanical transmissions. Paolo Emanuele then joined CALLA' S.n.c. as an Accountant from 2001 to 2008, where they grew to become the head of the department, managing a team of five people and acting as an intermediary between external stakeholders and the company. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Postel S.p.A. as an Accountant, focusing on accounts payable and supplier accounting. Paolo Emanuele then moved to ERG Spa as a Senior Accountant from 2010 to 2013, overseeing the transfer of accounting operations from Sicily to Genoa and gaining exposure to various accounting methodologies. Finally, they joined Italmatch Chemicals Spa in 2013, where they worked in Controlling and Accounting, handling cost management, analysis, and migrations from the legacy ERP system to SAP. Paolo Emanuele also played a key role in the acquisition process of the Dutch company Thermphos, gaining expertise in SAP modules such as CO, SD, MM, and FI.

From 1994 to 1998, Paolo Emanuele Ferrari attended I.T.C.S. Luigi Einaudi, where they obtained a diploma in ragioneria.
