Alyssa Nicole B. has held various roles in the customer service and administrative fields. In 2017, they began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Awesome OS. In 2018, they joined Pest Science Corporation as an Administrative Assistant, and later that same year, they joined MeUndies as a Customer Service Representative and Quality Assurance Specialist. In 2022, they began working at Italic as a Customer Experience Team Lead, and also took on the role of HR and Admin Assistant at Pest Science Corporation.

Alyssa Nicole B. graduated from Holy Cross of Davao College, Inc. in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
