ROVELLINI Roberto is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in business support systems and project management. Currently serving as the Head of IT BSS Development at Italiaonline since April 2020, ROVELLINI oversees various critical areas including Sales & CRM, Service Provisioning, and Billing & Payment, ensuring successful project delivery in alignment with financial and operational targets. Prior to this role, ROVELLINI spent over two decades at Vodafone, where positions included Head of Business Intelligence & Enterprise, with responsibilities for managing teams and implementing significant projects such as GDPR compliance and cloud migration, as well as Business Transformation IT Manager and CRM&PRV Design Manager. ROVELLINI began a career in technical analysis in the early 1990s with companies such as Honeywell Dating and Alenia Defence, focusing on system development and avionics projects.
