Gustavo Leite Alvarenga has extensive experience in social responsibility and corporate planning, currently serving as the Superintendent of Social Responsibility at Itaipu Binacional since October 2006. In addition to overseeing corporate strategy and sustainability efforts, Gustavo holds the position of advisor in the General Directory of Itaipu and has been involved in budget management and economic-financial studies. Gustavo also contributes to the FIBRA Foundation as an investment committee member and previously served on the Advisory Council of Rede Brasil do Pacto Global from February 2021 to June 2023. Academically, Gustavo is pursuing a doctoral degree in Society, Culture, and Borders at Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná and has obtained multiple degrees, including a Master's in Governance and Sustainability and an MBA in Business Administration.
