Zoë Sutherland has over 10 years’ experience in international development, with specialisms in developing outcome monitoring systems, evaluating large and complex portfolios and providing strategic support to impact measurement.
Zoë is a core team member for Itad’s longitudinal study of the mobilisation of private capital by CDC into fragile and frontier markets. She has managed two evaluations for Argidius Foundation, assessing the effectiveness of non-financial intermediaries’ support to entrepreneurs and small and growing businesses in developing countries to develop their capacity, investment readiness and build links to potential investors.
Prior to joining Itad, Zoë worked as a Senior Impact Advisor in Business Programs at Save the Children, designing results frameworks, monitoring systems and impact dashboards for businesses on the corporate benefits and social impact of NGO-corporate partnerships.
