Mikael Sahlberg is an experienced mechanical engineer with a diverse background in design and project management. Currently serving as the Hardware Country Manager for Sweden at ITAB Group since January 2020, Mikael oversees a team of mechanical designers focused on maintaining and developing ITAB's global Gates & Guidance Portfolio. In addition to this role, Mikael has taken on responsibilities as the PLM/PDM workstream lead for a global ERP project and will assume the role of Project Manager for a global PLM project in January 2024. Prior to joining ITAB, Mikael held several positions at Projektengagemang and Applied Engineering Sweden AB, where Mikael contributed to various design and engineering projects, including developments at Husqvarna AB. Mikael holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jönköping University.
