Salim Zeidan is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at IT Max Global since November 2021, Salim manages infrastructure for multiple Dubai-based companies, addressing daily issues and implementing solutions such as VPNs and virtual machines in Microsoft Azure. Prior to this, Salim worked at ALUMCO SAL as a System Administrator, overseeing systems and networks, managing Active Directory, and successfully migrating services to Microsoft Azure. Salim's career also includes roles at Crowehorwath Professional Auditors, Regional Press Network, Apex, and HBPRO SARL, showcasing a robust ability to troubleshoot, configure, and support various IT infrastructures.
