Jelena (Ilic) Trajkovic is a Senior Talent Acquisition and People Engagement Specialist at IT Labs since June 2022 and serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Growth Labs Academy from October 2023. Previously, from October 2016 to June 2022, Jelena held the position of Human Resources Manager and Recruitment Specialist at Younify D.O.O., where responsibilities included career planning, conducting recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and implementing HR strategies. Jelena also worked as an Online English Teacher at Itutor ABC Group and as a Psychologist focused on educational activities and research related to mental health for students. Jelena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Niš, completed in 2015.
