Isabelle Jouper has had a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2019, they worked as a QA Lead at IT-HUSET. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they were a QA/Test Lead at Eyevinn. In the same year, 2015, they also worked as a QA at Spotify until 2017. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Consultant at HiQ. In 2012, they worked as a Testare at Sverigeflyg Service AB. Isabelle also has experience as a Receptionist at Forma träningscenter from 2011-2012 and as a Kassabiträde at McDonald's Corporation in 2010.

Isabelle Jouper obtained a Kandidatexamen i Data- och systemvetenskap (Marknadskommunikation och IT, 180 hp) from Stockholm University, starting in 2009 and completing the program in 2012. In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in March 2023.
