Ngoc Duc Nguyen is an experienced IT technician with a career spanning over two decades in system administration and IT support. Currently employed at IT-Forsyningen I/S since February 2015, Ngoc is responsible for centralized deployment and configuration of Windows clients, OS image management, and 2nd level support. Previous roles include IT medarbejder at Statens It from January 2010 to November 2014, where responsibilities included client configuration, OS image maintenance, and antivirus management, along with extensive experience at Kulturministeriet as a System Administrator from July 2008 to December 2010 focusing on similar tasks. Earlier in the career at CPH WEST from May 1998 to June 2008, Ngoc handled server installations and support for users. Ngoc holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
