Tanya Kostova has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and operations. Tanya currently works as an Expert in Human Resources at it-economics GmbH, where they support renowned and internationally operating customers in the financial service, energy, and automotive sectors. Prior to that, they worked at TTEC as a Human Capital Generalist, managing HR administration processes and collaborating with employees and management to implement various HR policies, procedures, laws, and company standards. Tanya also has experience working as an NSSR Specialist at DXC Technology, a Logistics Analyst at OnProcess Technology, and a Leasing Specialist at Sitel, where they handled lease and finance management for BMW Financial Services, DACH. Tanya has strong skills in HR administration, operations, project management, and finance.

Tanya Kostova obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, where they studied from 2010 to 2012.
