Barbara Newman is the Director of Service Delivery Operations at IT Concepts, Inc. Prior to their current role, Barbara was a Program Manager at SBG Technology Solutions, Inc., responsible for managing the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Associates Program contract with the Office of Training and Development (OTD) division. In this role, they developed and implemented the program strategic plan in conjunction with TSA, established letters of agreement with institutes of higher education across the US and US Territories, and provided weekly reports, monthly Executive Briefs, and End of Semester reports on program performance. Barbara has also held Project Manager roles at Evoke Research and Consulting, LLC and Lockheed Martin.
Barbara Newman has over 15 years of experience in project management. Barbara has a proven track record of successfully managing large, complex projects and programs. Barbara is a strategic thinker who is able to develop innovative solutions to solve problems. Barbara is an excellent communicator who is able to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
After completing a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Barbara Newman pursued a career in financial management. Barbara earned a Certificate of Accomplishment in Financial Management from the Graduate School USDA.
