Mahendran Nadesan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mahendran began their career in 2014 as a Night Staff Supervisor at Exclusive Books, where they worked until May 2015. Later on, they joined Quartex Technologies as a Junior Software Developer in February 2015 and stayed with the company until August 2017. In 2017, they joined Easy Systems as a Software Developer, where they worked until November 2018. Subsequently, they joined netVendor as a Software Developer in December 2018 and worked until February 2019. Mahendran'smost recent position was as a Support Engineer at iSync Solutions, starting in September 2019.

Mahendran Nadesan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science at the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 2003 to 2005. Mahendran then pursued a B.A. Honours in Philosophy at the same university from 2005 to 2006. Subsequently, they obtained a Master's Degree in Cognitive Science from the National Cheng Kung University, from 2009 to 2013.
