Lorena Dobre is an experienced environmental professional with a solid background in waste management and sustainability. Currently serving as a Membro Associada in the Young Professional Group Brasil of ISWA International Solid Waste Association since August 2018, Lorena contributes to the organization by organizing educational events, workshops, and lectures. Previously, Lorena worked as an environmental analyst at ABRELPE from February 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included preparing technical, administrative, and financial reports for national and international projects. As a consultant from July 2019 to February 2022, Lorena supported various initiatives focused on reducing marine litter and enhancing municipal waste management. With an academic foundation in Environmental Sciences from Unifesp, complemented by roles in leadership and project management through numerous projects, Lorena has developed strong organizational and analytical skills in the environmental sector.
