Francesca Nepote is currently serving as Direttore creativo at Herezie since September 2024 and continues to teach at IED Istituto Europeo di Design from October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Art Director Supervisor at DDB Group Italy and Art Director Senior at Publicis Italy. Francesca has also held positions as Art Director at DLV BBDO, DDB Germany, and Leo Burnett. Early in the career, Francesca was a Creative Designer at Overtake Studio and completed studies at IED Istituto Europeo di Design, earning a Laurea in Comunicazione Pubblicitaria from 2012 to 2015.
