Audrey Vandenbroeck currently serves as an Advisor at Awareness Tiesâ„¢, dedicated to elevating awareness and providing sustainable resources for positive social impact since January 2022. In addition, Audrey has extensive experience in customer success at Issuu, where roles have included Vice President of Customer Success, Support & Inside Sales, and Sr. Director of Customer Success and Support, contributing to the success of an online SaaS platform designed for content creation and distribution. Prior to Issuu, Audrey held senior customer success positions at ReadyPulse, Inc., Redbooth Inc., Sales Portal, Inc., and VMS, showcasing a strong background in SaaS and marketing technologies. Audrey began a career in management at Hertz Corporation and gained initial experience in customer service with Electronic Arts. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix - SF Campus.
