Rahul Kalia is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as the Regional People & Culture Director for APAC at ISS A/S, Rahul has previously held significant roles at Bayer, including Global Head of Performance, Culture, and Future of Work, as well as VP and Head of Human Resources for Asia Pacific in the Crop Science Division. Additional roles include Vice President of Training & Development at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., National Training Manager at ICI India (AkzoNobel), and Head of Training & Development for Retail Banking & Allied Channels at Centurion Bank of Punjab (HDFC Bank). Rahul Kalia holds a Post Graduation in Management with a focus on Strategic Brand Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and has furthered their education at Esade.
