Ingrid Sivakova has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles within ISS A/S, currently serving as the Head of ISS Hub in Warsaw, overseeing a team of nearly 300 senior leaders. Previous positions included Head of ISS HUB and People & Culture Director, where Ingrid transitioned projects into sustainable operations and enhanced employee branding initiatives. Ingrid also led efforts to establish a new global headquarters and managed significant HR transformations across multiple regions in Eastern Europe, involving divestments of multiple countries and responsibility for HR functions across 13 nations. Prior experience includes key HR roles at NAY, a.s., and an educational background featuring a M.A. in Human Resources Management and a Master's in Hospitality Administration.
