Kiia Eriksson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kiia currently holds the position of Head of Labour Law and Employee Relations at ISS Palvelut since August 2020. Prior to this role, they were a Member of the työmarkkinavaliokunta and Chief Negotiator at Kiinteistötyönantajat ry from August 2015 to August 2020. Kiia also served as a Legal Advisor at the same organization from January 2015 to August 2020. Before that, they worked as a Legal Trainee at Suomen Lähikauppa Oy for a few months in 2014. Additionally, they gained experience as a Consumer and Company Adviser at Suomen Asiakastieto Oy from June 2011 to August 2013 and as a Trainee at Liikenteen turvallisuusvirasto Trafi in 2010.

Kiia Eriksson completed a Future of Business HR Consortium Program in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development in 2021. Kiia obtained a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they also earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki from 2007 to 2011.
