Darrell Cheng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing creative services, branding, UI/UX design, and digital solutions across global organizations. As the Managing Director and Head of Creative, Branding, UI/UX Design, and Digital at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services since January 2016, Darrell has successfully led various teams, established best practices, and aligned user experience with corporate branding strategies. Previously, Darrell held leadership roles at Hero Digital, LLC, and several other companies, delivering strategic consulting and implementing digital solutions for Fortune 500 clients. With a strong technical background and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business, Darrell combines project management expertise with a deep understanding of user experience to drive business success.
