Chan joined the ISS Corporate Solutions advisory group in 2010. He is Co-Head of the Canadian advisory team and also leads a team of U.S. advisors. In his role, he works with U.S. and Canadian corporations on equity compensation plan evaluations, executive compensation issues, and corporate governance practices across a broad range of industries with a close focus on the Energy and Utilities sectors. Prior to joining ICS, Chan was a Senior Research Analyst within Liberty Mutualā€™s Personal Markets Research team in Boston, MA covering competitive intelligence and insurance research while also coordinating Liberty Mutualā€™s flood insurance business.

He received his B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and his M.B.A. from Babson College.
