Edson Wander currently serves as the Plant Manager at ISRINGHAUSEN, INC. since May 2023, leading the turnaround program for the business and overseeing all operations and supply chain departments while reporting directly to the President and CEO of Americas. Previously, Edson held the position of Director Of Operations at ISRINGHAUSEN Industrial Ltda for nearly 16 years, managing operations and supply chain management across three manufacturing facilities in South America and playing a key role in significant restructuring initiatives in Brazil. Edson's extensive experience includes previous positions such as Plant Manager, Logistics and Production Supervisor, and Supplier Quality Analyst, along with a background in engineering and management. Academic credentials consist of two MBAs in Finance and Strategic Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a degree in Mechanical Engineering from FEI, a Mechatronic Technician diploma from Instituição Pentágono de Ensino, and a Toolmaker qualification from Senai.
