Noga Carmin is an expert in information searching and analysis with experience in various industries. She currently holds the position of Head of Technological Research at the Israel Innovation Authority. Prior to this, she was involved in business intelligence and research at the same organization and held positions at ISERD and self-employment. Previously, Noga worked at the Israel Antiquities Authority, where she was responsible for managing teams, coordinating resources, scientific editing, and academic research. She holds an associate's degree in Information Science and Project Management from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology and Art History from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
