Mrs. Ruth Solomon, serves as an independent director of FIBI Holdings Ltd. She served, previously, nine years as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and VP Risk Management (CRO) at public companies, seven years among then, as CFO at Paz Oil Company Ltd. She served as director of several subsidiary companies at Paz Group, including - Ashdod Refinery Ltd., Pazgas Ltd., Paz Oils & Chemicals Ltd., Pazkar Ltd., Aviation Services Ltd., Pazomat Ltd. and more. Prior to that, served about thirteen years as Chief accountant and deputy CFO at Paz Oil Company, and about seven years, in a number of Accounting positions at KPMG. Ruth is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel (CPA), and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from The University of Haifa.
