Manivannan K.S. has extensive experience in the hospitality and coworking space industries. Manivannan began their career in 1997 as a Teaching Faculty in Food & Beverage Management at Sri Venkateshwara Institute of Hotel Management. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Captain in Food & Beverage Service at Dolphin Hotels Limited and Viceroy Hotel and Convention Centre. From 2006 to 2020, they were employed at Marriott Hotels, where they held roles such as Multi Property Associate Director of Sales, Multi Property Sales Centre Head, Multi Property Events Planning Manager, Multi Property Assistant Banquet Manager, and Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage. In 2020, Manivannan K.S. joined iSprout Managed Office Spaces as Head of Sales for Hyderabad, Chennai, Vijayawada, and Pune. Manivannan then moved to The Lalit Hotels Palaces and Resorts as Head of Sales. In 2021, they became the Associate Vice President at Irya Developers I Group Company of iSprout. Currently, they are the Director and Vice President of Projects and Operations at iSprout Coworking Spaces.

Manivannan K.S. completed their Hotel Management degree at IHM Hyderabad from 1994 to 1997. Manivannan also obtained their 12th Standard from Kendriya Vidyalaya and their 10th Standard from Kendriya Vidyalaya BEML KGF, Karnataka. Manivannan K.S. has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn and Marriott International.
