Sara Moorehead is currently a Board Member at IslandWood, and was previously employed at BECU from March 2013 to April 2019, where they worked as SVP Co-Operative Affairs before retiring. Prior to that, they were with Recompose from September 2015 to March 2019 as a member of their Board of Directors. Other companies Sara has worked for include Alchemy Communications, REI as Corporate Communications Manager, Barclays as a media relations consultant, and Washington Mutual as SVP - IC and Communications Partners.

Sara Moorehead has a BA in Psychology from Whitman College, an Executive Management degree from the University of Cambridge, and a Strategic Innovation degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
