Sergey Lanzman has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Sergey began their career as a tech support with 012 Golden Lines, then worked as a software developer with Voicenter from 2012 to 2014. Sergey then moved to Gett, where they served as a software developer and DevOps team lead from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Google as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), and also worked as an AI Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with Alibaba Group. Currently, they are a Principal DevOps/SRE with Island.

Sergey Lanzman attended Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering from 2010 to 2015.
