Nicola Spokes is currently the Managing Director at Island Records. Prior to this role, they served as the UK Label Head at Caroline International, a leading artist and label services company. They have also held positions as the Marketing Director - Recordings and Head of Marketing - Brand at Ministry of Sound. Nicola has a BA (Hons) in Media with Business Management from The University of Manchester and has a background in international marketing within the music industry.
