Vanessa Wright is an experienced healthcare professional currently working at Island Health - Vancouver Island Health Authority as a Senior Clinical Specialist and Interim Manager for Virtual Care Services. Vanessa has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Athabasca University and is currently pursuing a Master of Health Administration with a major in Health Informatics and Information Management from Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy. Vanessa has held various managerial and leadership roles within Island Health since 2008, including managing Intensive Home Monitoring and Ladysmith Health Center. Prior to their management roles, Vanessa worked as an Emergency Room Nurse and a Medical Surgical Nurse.
