Luis Renedo Aznar is an experienced legal and development professional specializing in renewable energy projects. Currently serving as Development Manager at Island Green Power since January 2020, Luis leads the development of the company's Solar PV Plant portfolio in Spain, focusing on securing necessary authorizations and permits for project readiness. Previously, as Country Managing Director for Transworld Solar, Luis directed national expansion in photovoltaic project development while overseeing legal matters. Luis also held the position of Head Legal at GENERACION EOLICOSOLAR S.L., providing legal expertise in renewable energy project development. Earlier roles include Legal Counsel at De Lage Landen and Lawyer at RBS Markets & International Banking, alongside experience in tax law with Braxton International Tax. Luis holds a degree in Law and International Business Administration from Universidad Villanueva, complemented by education at Berkeley College and European Business School.
