Silvija Klasić has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Silvija started their career at Hrvatski Telekom in 2006, where they worked as a Customer Service Agent and later as a Technical Trainer. Silvija then served as the Business Customer Support - Training Group Leader, responsible for coordinating training activities for over 500 employees. From 2012 to 2015, Silvija held the position of Education and Quality Management Expert, managing all forms of education for the company's employees.

In 2015, Silvija joined Iskon Internet d.d. as a Key Account Manager, where they independently handled the entire sales cycle and utilized strong account management skills for customized selling.
