Alec Say has been working in the music and entertainment industry since 2008. Alec began their career at Relax O2 Oasis as the Marketing and Advertising Coordinator. In 2010, they moved to Mix Production Group as a Senior Sound Engineer, where they were responsible for recording, mixing, and mastering singles, albums, and soundtracks. In 2012, they joined Smokin Heroes LLC as the Chief Sound Engineer and then became the Co-Founder and CEO of Smokin Heroes inc. in 2016. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at The Birth Music as the Lead Audio/Record Producer. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Technical Expert at Apple, and from 2019 to 2021 they were the Senior Manager at Hyde Park Investment Services. Currently, they are the Chief Operations Officer at 1stOPUS and ISINA Music, where they are also in charge of Artist Relations and Distribution Management.

Alec Say attended the Moscow Institute of State Management and Law from 2004 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
