Carl Samuelson is an experienced professional in project and program management with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of PMO at Integrated Solutions Group since September 2024, Carl previously held the role of Practice Director for the national Project & Program Management practice at Unify Consulting from May 2021 to September 2024. Additionally, Carl served as Chair of the Chicago PMO Evolution Forum, fostering discussions on PMO topics and conducting workshops for leadership within the region. Prior roles include positions at Trissential and Slalom Consulting, where Carl contributed extensively to enterprise agility and information management. Carl's career also includes significant experiences in public sector management, operations, and nonprofit leadership, supported by a Master's degree in Computer and Information Science and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Minnesota.
