Julie Lafon, FCLS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in case management and investigations within the insurance sector. Currently serving as a Senior Case Manager at ISG since January 2019, Julie previously held the position of SIU Case Manager at SIU Management from November 2010 to 2018. Earlier roles include Regional Case Manager in the Special Investigations Unit at SIU Compliance Solutions, Inc. (2009-2010) and Investigative Specialist at Travelers from 1997 to 2009, where additional positions included SIU Database Analyst, Claim Representative, and Customer Service Representative. Julie's education includes training from the American Educational Institute, attendance at Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee Annual Conferences, and completion of various courses at the National Insurance Crime Bureau and National Insurance Crime Training Academy.
