Cindy Carpenter has a diverse background in various roles and industries. Cindy recently joined ISG as a Lead Report Developer in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Helios - Brighter Pharmacy Benefit Management, Ancillary, and Settlement Solutions for a long tenure of 18 years, from January 2003 to October 2021, as a Senior Business Systems Analyst. Before that, they were a Technical Financial Analyst at Wachovia, A Wells Fargo Company from June 2000 to October 2002. Lastly, they worked at National City Corporation for 11 years, from September 1989 to June 2000, in the role of OFSA Project Implementation/Analyst.

Cindy Carpenter completed their education from Cleveland State University between 1980 and 1987. Cindy obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting during this period.
