Darren Puyat currently serves as the Technology Operations Lead at iSelect since December 2024, bringing extensive experience in technology operations and system analysis. Previously, at Turners Automotive Group, Darren held the position of Lead System Analyst, where responsibilities included reviewing workflows to enhance Major Incident Management and User Access Management. From April 2017 to August 2023, Darren worked at timbre Digital as an Incident Manager, automating tasks and utilizing data analytics for resource management, while also ensuring server reliability. Earlier roles include System Support Analyst positions at Datacom and Southern Cross Healthcare, and Lead Customer Service Representative at Blockbuster. Darren holds a Diploma in Systems Technology and has completed multiple courses in computer science.
