Ben Walls

Vice President of Customer Success at iScribeHealth

Ben Walls has extensive experience in customer success and customer support. Ben began their career in 2010 at Greenway Health where they held various roles, including Customer Support Analyst - Manager, Customer Support Analyst - Manager (Ancillary Team), Customer Support Analyst - Supervisor (Ancillary Team), and Customer Support Analyst (Phone). In these roles, they provided customer support in a timely manner, supervised, trained, and led others on the team, and assisted clients and team members with their needs. In 2016, they joined iScribeHealth as Vice President of Customer Success and later as Director of Customer Success. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day support of clients, managed onboarding and implementation of customers, actively engaged clients on the experience with the product, and helped drive design of the product with feedback from the user base. Ben also served as a point of escalation for customers to resolve problems and discrepancies and made fiduciary decisions for resolution. Ben also acted as a liaison between Customer Support and Development.

Ben Walls attended the University of West Georgia from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
