Mr. William Martin is an experienced finance and real estate consultant who founded a private boutique financial consulting firm in 1990. For the past 30 years, he has been engaged in the arrangement of both debt and equity transactions with a wide array of businesses throughout the Southeast. Mr. Martin has consulted on numerous equity raise transactions, in real estate and in the pharmaceutical and life science industries. Prior to that, Mr. Martin was the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Fogelman Properties in Memphis, Tennessee from 1986 to 1990 and a Vice President of First Tennessee Bank, N.A. from 1977 to 1986. Mr. Martin holds an undergraduate degree in business administration with a double major in banking and real estate from the University of Alabama.
